In 1992, Luciano Tredicesimo Ferroli founded what is now one of the top 5 heat pump production companies in Italy, and one of the top 15 in the domestic air conditioning sector. A path that led Maxa to be one of the leading players in the world of residential, commercial and industrial air conditioning. Led by its three sons: Paolo, David and Simone, Maxa continues the path indicated by its Founder.

Our Production

We can proudly claim to be a company capable of designing, developing and manufacturing heating and air conditioning products Made in Italy.

Our premises in Arcole cover an area of 42,000 square metres. In addition to the offices, it houses 7000 square metres of storage space for finished products and spare parts and 7800 square metres of area for our production. Area destined to grow with the expansion of a further 6,600 m2 by 2025.

The 8 production lines allow us to satisfy the ever-increasing demand for inverter heat pumps for both the residential and industrial markets, the result of the combination of the quality of the components used and the innovation that has always distinguished us.

Maxa is equipped with two climatic chambers, M1 and M2, capable of testing units with a maximum cooling capacity of 800kW with extreme precision. The climatic chambers, located in the Maxa factory, are a clear strength of the R&D department and guarantee high accuracy of the declared performance.

Our Range

Our range has solutions designed for residential, commercial, industrial and service sector air conditioning.

Thanks to continuous research and development of integrated products and solutions, we have one of the most comprehensive and competitive ranges in Europe. Our heat pumps currently range in sizes from 6 to 350 kW.

In 2023, the new Maxa i-290 range was born, harnessing the potential of the hydrocarbon R290, with very low global warming potential (GWP) and absolute top performance. One of the most complete ranges on the entire market, capable of achieving very high heating performance, even at outdoor temperatures as low as -20°C, with hot water temperatures of up to 78°C.

Our Pre and After-Sales Teams support customers during all phases of the product's life, from the initial choice to sizing, and assistance for every type of requirement. We also place value and importance on training in the market, service centres, installers, designers and distributors receive qualified courses at our premises, or in the territory, which allow them to be updated on our products, commercial proposals and current regulations.
